It has come to the attention of the Village of Czar that we have an infestation of a very noxious plant called baby’s breath in our village. It is very important to get rid of it. If you find any on your property it would be very helpful if you could cut if off at ground level or pull or dig it out of the ground and put it in a garbage bag, tie it up and dispose of it at the dump. The Village will have Mark and Dillan going around and collecting as much as they can and also disposing of it. This is a picture of baby's breath.
